Best Delta Sky Club Lounges in Atlanta [2024]
One of the best perks of having the Delta SkyMiles Reserve and American Express Platinum Cards is the complimentary lounge access to the Delta Sky Club — especially if you’re traveling through the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Why? Well… there are nine different Delta lounges in Atlanta! With so many options, you may be wondering which one is best. While that is subjective, some lounges are better than others (and for different reasons).
Top 5 Delta Sky Clubs in Atlanta
- Concourse B Sky Club (near Gate B18)
- Concourse F Sky Club (Mezzanine Level)
- Concourse E Sky Club (near Gate E15)
- Concourse A Sky Club (2nd Level – Center)
- Concourse T Sky Club (near Gate T6)
Concourse B Sky Club (near Gate B18)
The Concourse B Sky Club is Delta’s Flagship lounge in Atlanta. It opened in 2021, and is one of the largest Delta Sky Club lounges. Most people agree that the Concourse B Sky Club is the best one (for several reasons – including the size and selection of complimentary food and beverages). This lounge is usually very busy, though and it can sometimes be tough to find seating, especially if you’re traveling with family.
Pro tip: if you’re in a rush, just use the grab-and-go option downstairs. You can get a variety of to-go food and beverages and sit closer to your gate.
Concourse F Sky Club (Mezzanine Level)
The Concourse F Sky Club is one of my favorite Delta Skyclubs in Atlanta. It is out of the way for most trips since it is located in the international terminal, but I enjoy making the trek if I have an extended layover. It takes about 15 minutes to get there via the train, and you can also walk. The Concourse F Sky Club is the only Atlanta Sky Club with an outdoor terrace that overlooks the tarmac. While this Sky Club also gets busy, there is an upstairs seating area that is usually quiet. This Sky Club also has a shower.
Pro tip: check out the outdoor Sky Deck. If you prefer to sit inside, the upstairs seating area is also a great spot.
Concourse E Sky Club (near Gate E15)
The Concourse E Sky Club is another great lounge. It is the only other Sky Club with a shower, and is one of the larger clubs in Atlanta. The Concourse E Sky Club has plenty of seating, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an expansive bar and buffet.
Concourse A Sky Club (2nd Level – Center)
The Concourse A Sky Club is another one of my favorite ATL lounges. It is on the 2nd level of Concourse A, next to PF Changs. This Sky Club has two levels, which most people don’t realize (which means the upstairs area is usually less busy than other Sky Clubs in Atlanta). I love the tarmac views from this Sky Club as well!
Pro tip: many don’t realize this club has two levels. Go upstairs and enjoy the great aircraft views!
Concourse T Sky Club (near Gate T6)
Lastly, the Concourse T Sky Club is another solid lounge in Atlanta. This lounge has decent seating (compared to other Sky Clubs), a huge TV area (great for watching sports), and a beautifully designed bar and large buffet. If you are flying out of Concourse T, exploring the other lounges is unnecessary, unless you’re feeling adventurous of course.
Pro tip: there is an additional seating area to the left of the front check-in desk. This area is usually pretty quiet compared to the rest of the club.
ATL Sky Club Access Requirements
Delta no longer sells single-visit passes. To enter a Sky Club in Atlanta, you need one of the following:
- Delta Sky Club paid membership
- Delta One or SkyTeam Premium cabin passenger (international business class ticket)
- Delta Diamond, Platinum, or Gold Medallion on an international flight
- SkyTeam Elite Plus members (non-Delta)
- Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express cardholders
- American Express Centurion and Platinum cardholders
Closing Thoughts
With nine different Sky Clubs in Atlanta, it can be overwhelming to know which is best to visit. For the most part, I recommend visiting the Sky Club closest to your departure gate but if you have time to spare, it is worth visiting one of the Sky Clubs on this list.
