Hilton Friends & Family Rate
Unlike the set team member rates, the Hilton Friends & Family Discount can vary per night and is also subject to availability. Even though there isn’t a set rate chart, the Hilton Friends & Family rate should always be the cheapest (up to a 50% discount off the standard rate).
You need to be designated as a Friend or Family member by a Hilton employee via their internal Lobby account. You can book your rooms via the Go Hilton website once added.

- Hilton Go rates must be booked at https://www.hilton.com/en/go-hilton/
- Employees must be present at check-in for the Team Member rate.
- Authorized family and friends must be present at check-in and during Family & Friends rate stays.
- Non-team members cannot use Team Member rates.
- Up to 2 Team Member rate rooms and 2 Family & Friend rate rooms can be redeemed per stay (total up to 4 rooms in an employee’s name).
- Authorized family/friends may reserve up to 2 Family & Friends rate rooms per stay.
- Employees can book and/or use up to 30 room nights for Team Member rates and up to 70 room nights under Family & Friend rates per calendar year (max 100 room nights per year).
- Employees and friends/family members are expected to follow the Hilton Code of Conduct during their stay.
