Review: Hyatt Place Las Vegas At Silverton Village [2023]
The Hyatt Place Las Vegas At Silverton Village is a newer Hyatt hotel located at the Silverton Casino complex in Las Vegas, NV. It is close to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and only about a 10-minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel offers free parking and free breakfast.
Booking The Hotel
We used Hyatt Points to book our room (thanks to my Chase Sapphire Preferred). It was 12,000 points per night, which was a steal considering the prices for rooms here and on the Strip over Veterans Day weekend. Cash prices for this property were going for about $300 USD per night during our stay, but it appears you can usually snag a room here for about $150 per night.
Lobby & Check In
The Hyatt Place Las Vegas, Silverton is a beautiful Hyatt Place property, which you realize as soon as you walk in. The Front Desk greets you as you walk in the door. The breakfast room and bar are to the left of the Front Desk, while you’ll head to the right to get to the elevators, gym, and pool area.
I checked in on the World of Hyatt app on my way to Las Vegas and was assigned a room on the third floor. We stopped at the Front Desk to grab physical keys and bottles of water thanks to my Explorist status, but no “preferred” upgrade to my knowledge.
The Room
I booked Two Queen Beds, which included a sofa bed, and enjoyed the amount of space the room offered! It felt like a standard Hyatt Place property, but everything felt new given the age of the property. The room had a fridge and workspace.
The bathroom was my favorite part of the room. It felt clean and new, and the water pressure was fantastic! I loved the lighting.
Closing Thoughts
If I don’t need to be on The Strip, I think Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village is the best Hyatt in Las Vegas. It is a brand new property, that offers free breakfast and free parking, plus the immediate area is quiet which is something I prefer. Being a Category 3 hotel, you can redeem free night certificates here (from holding the Chase Hyatt Credit Card) or use as few as 9,000 World of Hyatt points.
